about me

Hi! I’m Ali. I’m a behavioral scientist, wellness coach, and organizational consultant specializing in human behavior, psychological well-being, and group culture.

With 15 years of experience in healthcare systems, I bring a systems-level lens to both individual growth and group dynamics. My work is grounded in behavioral science, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), and human-centered design.

In addition to my organizational consulting work, I provide coaching and behavioral support for individuals seeking greater resilience, values alignment, and sustainable well-being.

I draw from research, evidence-based practice, and real-world experience to help people and organizations make sense of complexity, without sacrificing human-centricity.

how I work

I work both 1:1 and in group settings, offering:

  • wellness coaching grounded in values-based living and mindfulness,

  • coaching and mentorship for practitioners wanting to increase their competency in ACT, organizational psychology, or systems-thinking

  • workshops and trainings on well-being, psychological flexibility, and group culture,

  • organizational consultation and experience design,

  • public speaking and facilitation that helps communities connect and grow.

I’m deliberate about the work I take on, prioritizing opportunities that reduce harm, foster belonging, and aim to improve health and well-being.

a little more about me

I hold a PhD in Psychology and am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D). I care deeply about people and systems — whether that’s the systems we live in, the cultures we build in community, or the ways we relate to ourselves.

I’m also a mother, wife, friend, family member, and community member. Born and raised in Nevada and residing on Washoe, Numu, and Newe indigenous homelands. My lived experience informs the care I bring to my work.

I currently work full-time as a Client Experience Architect for Mayo Clinic Laboratories, helping to ensure providers are properly supported in helping their patients get the diagnoses they need. I’ve previously worked in regional healthcare systems as an internal organizational consultant, in academic medicine working on patient-center skill building, communication training, and cultural humility curricula, as well as, front-line ABA skills training.

My current affiliation with Mayo Clinic affords me the opportunity to be incredibly thoughtful and selective with any consultation work I take on. If we end up working together, it will be because it feels like a true match of values and capacity. If we connect and our paths don’t feel aligned, I’m happy to guide you to additional resources to find the support you need.

Outside of work, I can be found gardening, hiking, cooking, or trying to rock climb and run (with varying levels of success).

If you’re curious about working together — whether personally, professionally, or organizationally — I’d love to hear from you.
