Live Well Workshop
This is a 4-part wellness workshop, where I will guide participants through evidence-based techniques for improving one's psychological well-being. It's a great offering for anyone wanting to reflect and re-set for the new year.
The workshop is 100% virtual. We’ll meet for 4-weeks in a row (Jan 7, Jan 14, Jan 21, & Jan 28) from 6pm - 7pm PST.
